Mama Bella

If you are a cook who loves being in the kitchen, consider publishing your own cookbook! It is a lot of fun to write your own recipes, experiment with flavors, and play around with photography. If I can do it, you can do it too!

A few years ago while living in a hotel with my family, I decided to create a cookbook while cooking delicious meals every night. I took hundreds of photos of the preparation process and decided to one day publish a cookbook. Well I finally did it! Over 500 step-by-step pictures are in this book! No artificial intelligence went into the making of this book. All the words, pictures, and content were generated from my own human mind.

Mama Bella’s Cookbook contains approximately 500 photos showing step-by-step how to cook delicious, American homecooked meals from scratch. Everything from breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, desserts, and even a nice toasty beverage – this has everything to entertain your guests with comfort food.

If you’ve ever struggled with cooking, you will enjoy a book like this which patiently shows you instructional pictures for each step. No more kitchen disasters! No more guessing what text is trying to convey. Mama Bella guides you through the process effortlessly.

This book is an All-American picture-heavy cookbook with only recipes and pictures. The only paragraphs you’ll see in this book are in the short introduction and acknowledgments. If you are looking for a picture cookbook with lots of recipes showing you every step to prepare delicious American meals, you have come to the right place.

Mama Bella has traveled to 48 of 50 states and has lived in 8 states. She has lived in the south, the southeast, the northeast, the midwest, the northwest, the west, and the southwest. All the recipes in this book are inspired from foods in America. Even the tacos, teriyaki, and lasagna in this book are westernized for today’s modern America. Tacos in Wetumpka, Alabama taste nothing like the tacos in Chino, California. The lasagna in Bloomington, Indiana tastes very different from lasagna in Okeechobee, Florida. And teriyaki tastes light years different in Kona, Hawaii than it does in Plymouth, Massachussetts.

Mama Bella has lived, worked, ate, or studied within all of those locations and fell in love with the flavors of each region. The recipes in this book can be good for entertaining or for jazzing up your family meals, and the desserts are kid-approved!

Many of these recipes can be cooked using an electric skillet or a small kitchenette. No oven and no microwave used in this book. It is recommended you have a stovetop with up to two burners. All of the foods are made from scratch, even the dough and pasta, so if you have access to a handcrank pasta maker, you can learn to make your own delicious lasagna noodles.

Recipes include:

Teriyaki Chicken Stir Fry, Slow-Cooked Pork Quesadillas, Good Ol’ Marinara, Washington Chicken Bites, Cauliflower Potato Au Gratin and BBQ Chicken, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Dreams, Shrimp ‘N Stir Fry, Crazy Calzoney Sandwiches, Rosemary Chicken and Apricot Habanero Salsa, Peanut Butter Coffee Cookies, Butterscotch Cappuccino, Perfect Tuna Pasta Salad, Chicken Fried Rice, Northwestern Mozzarella Sticks, Sweet Potato Shrimp Skillet, Vodka Chicken Pasta, Mac and Five Cheese Bake, Five Cheese Scrambled Eggs, Heavenly Flat Bread and Dip, Peanut Butter and Chocolate Dreams, Five Cheese, Pepperoni Pizza, Taco Night, Meatball Lasagna, and Chocolate Cinnamon Toast Cookies.
